How LeadAI protects the data flowing through every phone number lookup.
All connections between your browser and LeadAI are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Phone numbers you submit for lookup, and the carrier and region results returned to you, travel over an encrypted channel from end to end, protecting them from interception.
LeadAI is designed around data minimization: lookup requests are processed to generate a result and are not retained as part of a persistent customer record. We do not build a database of the phone numbers users look up, and we do not use lookup history for advertising or resale.
LeadAI runs on cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorized engineering personnel only. Administrative access is logged, and infrastructure configuration follows the principle of least privilege - each system component has access only to what it needs to function.
We continuously monitor our infrastructure for unusual traffic patterns, abuse, and potential vulnerabilities, and apply security patches to our systems and dependencies on an ongoing basis to keep the service safe and reliable.
